When Did you begin Business Coaching?

In an official capacity, the spring of 2017. I had the pleasure to work for Buffini and Company as one of their Business Coaches in Carlsbad, CA., helping folks from around the country and Canada primarily in the real estate and lending industry. Before that, I always relished the opportunity to help a colleague during my own time in the real estate industry in Portland, OR. There were probably even a few casual “coaching conversations” all the way back in college at the University of Oregon with friends whether it was helping them create a working budget or making big decisions on which degree they wanted to pursue. There has always been a joy for it, and it’s something that has existed in my life for a couple decades both in casual situations as well as vocational.
